Tenancy support through PATH
Pathway Lettings is part of PATH - Pembrokeshire Action for the Homeless, Pembrokeshire's leading homelessness charity.
PATH recognise that homelessness often stems from complex issues, and the Generic Support Services aim to prevent homelessness long term.
PATH ensures sustained support for individuals, even post-rehousing, to help them remain on a positive trajectory.
Understanding the challenges of Pembrokeshire's rural geography, they offer:
- Home support visits
- Local advice outposts
- A travel warrant scheme covering public transport costs to PATH's offices

Who do PATH help?
All individuals assisted by PATH's Generic Support Services are referred via Pembrokeshire County Council. They often serve as the first point of contact, alerting the council about their situation.
Most individuals PATH serve face homelessness due to debt, relationship breakdowns, job loss, or similar crises. Yet, their support also extends to those dealing with past offenses, domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health or learning difficulties, and physical health needs.
For needs outside PATH's purview, they ensure appropriate referrals to specialist Housing Support Grant providers or other universal services.
