12%+VAT commission of monthly rental income for the duration of the tenancy.

£100-£150+VAT PER PROPERTY

  • Transfer Deposit Protection
  • Inventory and Record of Condition
  • Rent Collection
  • Routine maintenance checks and repairs carried out by our in-house team or designated contractor as advised by the landlord

  • Check Out and Return of Deposit.

£150+VAT PER PROPERTY

Legal Fees

If you require the expert advice of our in-house solicitor in relation to a tenant dispute that cannot be resolved by mediation or in relation to overdue Occupation Contract Conversion, a legal fee estimate will be quoted on a bespoke case-by-case basis.

Any legal fees will be subject to VAT.
