· The new landlord must successfully onboard at least one property with Pathway Lettings.
· The commission holiday applies to the referring landlord’s lowest-priced rental property for the next 3 months after the new landlord’s first property is onboarded.
· Onboarding costs are waived for the new landlord’s first property; additional fees may apply for multiple properties.
